John 11:45-57 Sanhedrin plots Christ’s death (Caiaphas prophesizes Jesus as a sacrifice for the nations)
John 12:23-24 Jesus illustrates how the death of the Son will result in salvation for many
John 12:27-30 Jesus glorifies God and God answers audibly for the sake of the Disciples
John 13:1-5 Jesus washes the feet of His disciples as an example of servant hood to come
John 13:21-30 Jesus reveals His betrayer without causing a conflict with the other disciples
John 13:31-33 Jesus announces His departure
John 13:36-38 Jesus speaks to Peter
We must accept Christ as the only perfect sacrifice, the Savior.
John 14:5-7 Jesus speaks to Thomas
We must accept Christ as the only reconciliation with the Father, the Way.
John 14:8-11 Jesus speaks to Phillip
We must accept Christ as God in the flesh, the Lord.
John 14:22-31 Jesus speaks to Judas (not Iscariot)
If we do not know Christ as Savior, the Way, and the Lord, we do not know the Father.
